High above the harbor entrance of IJmuiden, on the dune of the lighthouse, you will find a unique 1-room hotel with a stunning view of sea, beach and piers: the Seinpost position.
For decades, the signal post ensured that ships could sail safely to the port and locks of IJmuiden, the entrance to the Amsterdam harbor. After years of faithful service, the signal post became obsolete.

The Seinpoststelling now offers you a unique overnight accommodation option that you will remember for a long time.
